One Wine Syrah is a modern, bold red wine from Chile made entirely from the dark-skinned Syrah grape (also known as Shiraz in countries like Australia). It is popular for being rich, smooth, and very budget-friendly.

- Region: Central Valley, Chile.
- Characteristics: Aged in stainless steel tanks to keep the fresh fruit flavor. It has a deep ruby color with aromas of blackberries, cherries, plums, and a touch of black pepper.
- Taste: Smooth tannins (dryness) with a balanced, juicy finish.

- Region: Maipo Valley, Chile.
- Characteristics: Made from carefully selected grapes and aged in oak barrels.

- Region: Colchagua Valley, Chile.
- Characteristics: A limited edition wine. It is very dense, deeply flavorful, and has a very long finish. It is often bought as a luxury gift.
Tasting Notes & Serving Guide
- Flavor Profile: Generally bold (full-bodied) with rich flavors of dark berries, chocolate, and spices (like black pepper).
- Food Pairing: Pairs perfectly with rich red meats such as beefsteak, grilled lamb chops, BBQ pork, or hearty stews.
- Serving Temperature: Best served slightly chilled at 16°C – 18°C (60°F – 64°F).
- Breathing Time: For the Gran Reserva or Family Reserve, pour the wine into a decanter for 20–30 minutes before drinking. This allows oxygen to open up the aromas and soften the alcohol bite.
